In 2017, umgi decided to establish a separate portfolio company, INTECH, focused on the production of industrial goods and services.
umgi was founded by SCM in 2006 to manage commodity assets. Since its inception, umgi has expanded its range of activities and changed its business model from a management company to an investment one. The direction related to the production of industrial goods and services to Ukrainian industrial producers began its development in 2013 as part of the management company umgi.
